Meet The Team
Axton
Axton has lots of energy. His favorite foods are bananas and waffles. This year he is excited to try golf like his Papa. Axton works really hard on his first grade sight words. He helped with the word levels and some coding on Sight Word Go. One day he hopes to become a rockstar.
Winston
Winston is finishing up kindergarten this year. His favorite subject is PE. He loves to go hiking, play Roblox, and Marvel super heros. His role on the project was to test the sight words in each level. He got so good he passed all of his sight word lists before holiday break.
Laila
Laila is one of the best students in her class. She has been on honor roll all year long. Her favorite things to do include playing Roblox, collecting fidgets, and PE. Laila is our chief branding officer and helped with some coding. She really hopes that Sight Word Go helps other kids learn to read.
Our Story
When we started brining home sight word lists to practice, our parents made us flash cards. Once we told them flash cards were old school, they decided to help us create a web app for learning on the computer or phone. We began using the app and were so excited about it we wanted to share with our teachers and friends, so we created Sight Word Go.

Our Mission
Our goal is to help other kids learn sight words faster and make it fun. In turn, helping them learn to read so they can enjoy all the cool books out there. At first we used the app on our computer, but we wanted to share the app with kids and teachers in our class. So we created Sight Word Go! Thanks for visiting our site and we hope it helps teachers, parents and kids.
